successfully acquired the Albanian National Lottery

Europe’s leading Gaming Technology Group, NOVOMATIC successfully acquired the Albanian National Lottery after completing the final required steps for the successful acquisition.

After a tender that took place in 2012, Lotaria Kombëtare had been awarded a ten-year license to establish, operate and manage the Albanian National Lottery. After the successful acquisition, NOVOMATIC continues to systematically strengthen its lottery business.
