Okada Manila invites everyone to the full opening of its complex
Okada Manila - large complex worth USD 2,4 billion of which will be headed by a Japanese businessman Kazuo Okada (Kazuo Okada). The opening of the complex comprises 17 February 2017. The first phase of the opening of the resort began in December last year and February 17, 2017 will officially complete opening of the complex.
Okada Manila is set to become the largest integrated entertainment resort in the country, joining Bloomberry Resorts’ Solaire Resort & Casino and Melco Crown Entertainment’s City of Dreams Manila. The fourth and final Entertainment City project, Travellers International’s West Side City Resorts World, is targeting a 2020 launch.
Entertainment complex in the Philippines will be integrated in the resort area of 44 hectares. The complex will include a hotel with 993 rooms, a casino, which will have about 3,000 slot machines and 500 gaming tables and a beach club, a high-end retail area, a 3,000-square-meter spa and two dozen bars and restaurants. The complex will be dancing fountain for example similar fountains in Las Vegas and Dubai.It is assumed that only jobs will be about 10,000.
Okada, who is eyeing to list his “casino business” on the Philippine stock exchange in a year’s time, believes the casino will turn a profit in its first year of operation and recoup his total investment within to five years.
